Petitions requesting adoption, amendment or repeal of regulations.

1. A petition requesting the adoption, amendment or repeal of any regulation must be in writing using the format of a form prescribed by the Board. 2. Within 30 days of the submission of the petition, the Board will deny the petition in writing, stating its reasons or initiate proceedings in accordance with NRS 233B.060 .
