“Transaction” defined.

“Transaction” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 679A.130 . The term includes: 1. The procurement or potential procurement of insurance. 2. The giving of advice concerning matters related to the procurement of insurance, including, without limitation, the nature and type of insurance policies, their coverage, terms, duration, premiums and premium payment arrangements.
