Applicability of duties.

The duties imposed on a broker in NAC 683A.716 : 1. Apply to every producer of insurance when acting as a broker. 2. Are in addition to and not in lieu of any other duty imposed on a broker by the Nevada Insurance Code or the common law of agency as recognized in this State.
