Deferred energy accounts: General requirements.

Deferred energy accounts: 1. May be used only to carry out deferred energy accounting procedures and are not amendments to any other regulation of the Commission; and 2. Must be consistent with the provisions of NAC 704.023 to 704.195 , inclusive.
