The intent of this Circular Letter is to advise all automobile insurers of the current list of Motor Vehicle Accident Prevention Course sponsors, recently updated by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The current courses, with the latest changes or additions noted by an asterisk (*), are as follows: P.O. Companies should consider furnishing revised literature to all newly written insureds no later than June 1, 1990. Such updated literature should also be furnished to all other insureds with the next renewal or billing notice sent to them on or after July 1, 1990.
