119.03 A person whose driver's license or commercial driver's license is cancelled by the registrar for the reason that the person falsified his or her application for a driver's license or commercial driver's license is not eligible to reapply for a driver's license or a commercial driver's license for at least sixty days after the cancellation is effective.
