Rule 4501:1-1-30. Entry of commercial motor vehicle information upon uniform traffic ticket

119.03 Every law enforcement officer who issues a uniform traffic ticket involving the operation of a commercial motor vehicle shall, to the extent it is practical to do so, enter upon the uniform traffic ticket information identifying the vehicle as a commercial motor vehicle, identifying any commercial motor vehicle transporting hazardous materials, and any other information relevant to a violation charging a commercial motor vehicle offense.
