Rule 4901-5-01. Definitions

111.15 As used in this chapter: (A) "Certificate" means a certificate of public convenience and necessity issued under Chapter 4921. of the Revised Code. (B) "Commission" means the public utilities commission of Ohio. (C) "For-hire motor carrier" has the same meaning as in section 4921.01 of the Revised Code.
