Rule 4901-5-02. Purpose and scope

111.15 (A) This chapter governs the cancellation of certificates, procedures for filing railroad complaints, and the subjects of complaints. (B) The commission may, upon an application or a motion filed by a party, waive any requirements of this chapter, other than a requirement mandated by statute, for good cause shown.
