Rule 3701:1-49-24. Documents and records required at field stations

119.03 Each licensee shall maintain the following documents and records at the field station: (A) A copy of Chapters 3701:1-38 and 3701:1-49 of the Administrative Code; (B) The license authorizing the use of licensed material; (C) Operating and emergency procedures required by rule 3701:1-49-19 of the Administrative Code; (D) The record of radiation survey instrument calibrations required by rule 3701:1-49-06 of the Administrative Code; (E) The record of leak test results required by rule 3701:1-49-07 of the Administrative Code; (F) Physical inventory records required by rule 3701:1-49-08 of the Administrative Code; (G) Utilization records required by rule 3701:1-49-09 of the Administrative Code; (H) Records of inspection and maintenance required by rule 3701:1-49-11 of the Administrative Code; (I) Training records required by paragraph (D) of rule 3701:1-49-18 of the Administrative Code; and (J) Survey records required by rule 3701:1-49-21 of the Administrative Code.
