Rule 3701:1-49-25. Documents and records required at temporary job sites

119.03 Each licensee conducting operations at a temporary job site shall maintain the following documents and records at the temporary job site until the well logging operation is completed: (A) Operating and emergency procedures required by rule 3701:1-49-19 of the Administrative Code; (B) Evidence of latest calibration of the radiation survey instruments in use at the site required by rule 3701:1-49-06 of the Administrative Code; (C) Latest survey records required by paragraphs (B), (C), and (E) of rule 3701:1-49-21 of the Administrative Code; (D) The shipping papers for the transportation of radioactive materials required by Chapter 3701:1-50 of the Administrative Code; and (E) When operating under reciprocity a copy of the agreement state or United States nuclear regulatory commission license authorizing use of licensed materials.
