Evidence of corrective action after violation

April 3, 2025 House Bill 315 - 135th General Assembly If the department of children and youth has determined that a residential facility has violated a requirement for certification and issues a corrective action plan for the facility to remedy the violation, the operator of the facility shall provide documentary evidence of the correction. Self-attestation of the correction without documentary evidence shall not be sufficient proof of correction of the violation.
