Compulsory school attendance
October 3, 2023 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly A parent of a child attending a private, nonprofit therapeutic wilderness camp is not relieved of the parent's obligations regarding compulsory school attendance pursuant to section 3321.04 or 3321.042 of the Revised Code.
