Definitions
Cite as Okla. Admin. Code § 310:667-57-1
When used in this Subchapter, the following words and terms shall
have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates
otherwise:
"Day
treatment
program"
means
nonresidential,
partial
hospitalization programs, day treatment programs, and day hospital
programs in which children and adolescents are placed for psychiatric or
psychological treatment {10 O.S. Supp. 1998, Section 175.20.A}.
