(a) In addition to meeting requirements listed for general medical
surgical hospitals in OAC 310:667-1 through OAC 310:667-31, any general
hospital or psychiatric hospital offering a day treatment program shall
comply with the requirements of OAC 310:667-57.
(b) The day treatment program may be operated as a distinct unit
within the hospital or as part of the hospital campus. Whether located
within or apart from the hospital, the site for the day treatment
program shall comply with the construction requirements in OAC 310:667-
41 through OAC 310:667-47 as applicable based on the facility's
functional program.
