(a)
Each day treatment program shall have the capability to provide or
arrange services as required under 10 O.S. Supp. 1998, Section 175.20.
(b)
Each day treatment program serving school-age patients shall have
policies to ensure appropriate educational exposure for such patients.
(c)
Each day treatment program providing outpatient hospital day
treatment services under OAC 317:30-5-42 shall demonstrate compliance
with the requirements of OAC 317:30-5-42.
