Closing an approved nurse aide training and competency examination program

(a) When an entity decides to close a nurse aide training and competency examination program, it shall: (1) Notify the Department at least sixty (60) days in advance, in writing, stating the reason, plan, and date of intended closing. (2) Continue the program until the classes for currently enrolled trainees are completed. (b) The entity shall notify the Department of its plan to safeguard the program records.
