Wastewater works operator

(a) A certified wastewater works operator may perform all duties relating to the operation and
maintenance of wastewater treatment plants, lagoon systems, and collection systems.
(b) Laboratory work mustshall be performed under the general supervision of a properly
certified laboratory operator.

(c) A designated certified operator shall be available for each operating shift.
