Bulletin No. DFR 2020-16, which provided the list of Affected Areas under previous emergency orders, is repealed. No new ZIP codes are added, and the following ZIP codes are no longer subject to emergency order restrictions: 97009, 97011, 97028, 97042, 97055, 97123, 97132, 97140, 97327, 97374, 97385, 97408, 97443, 97446, 97470, 97477, 97479, 97494, 97538, 97733, 97739 As the wildfire situation changes, the division will continue to update the Affected Areas list. If the bulletin is updated, the division will include any dates necessary for compliance with the emergency order. Communication about any updates will be provided through GovDelivery and posted to the division’s wildfire page. Insurers are encouraged to provide relief to policyholders who attest to being affected by the fires even if they do not reside in ZIP codes on the Affected Areas list.
