OAR 695-046-0202. Funding Decision

(1) For water acquisition grant applications seeking grant funds that require the Board to make a funding decision: (a) After considering recommendations from staff, and any public comments received, the Board may fund a project in whole or in part. (b) Projects not funded may be resubmitted during future application submission periods. (2) For water acquisition grant applications seeking grant funds that have been Delegated to the Director: (a) After considering recommendations from staff, and any public comments received, the Director may fund a project in whole or in part. (b) Projects not funded may be resubmitted during future application submission periods.
