OAR 695-046-0205. Public Involvement

The public shall be provided with opportunities to comment on grant applications for Water Acquisition Projects being considered by the Board. OWEB will provide written notice through its website of the Board’s intent to consider water acquisition grant applications. The Board will accept: (1) Written comments received by OWEB before the publicized deadline prior to the Board meeting at which the Board will consider the application; and (2) Oral comments made at the Board meeting at which the grant application is considered.
