OAR 813-261-0030. Administration

(1) OHCS may enter into agreements with entities or organizations to provide eligible ORE-DAP services (see OAR 813-261-0040) in such manner as to provide holistic coverage statewide without duplication or overlap of services. (2) A designated portion of ORE-DAP funds are reserved for recipients’ administrative costs, up to a determined amount as authorized by OHCS and outlined in the funding agreement.
