OAR 813-261-0040. Use of Funds

(1) Use of ORE-DAP funds must be in compliance with ORE-DAP requirements as specified in the Program Guidance.. (2) To the extent of available funding, eligible ORE-DAP services include: administration, financial assistance, and program delivery. Examples of allowable services and activities within these categories are described in detail in the program guidance. (3) ORE-DAP funds must be used to supplement existing funds, to support existing programs, or to establish new programs. Organizations or entities receiving ORE-DAP funds shall not use ORE-DAP funds to replace funds currently being received from other available sources or sources reasonably expected to be available.
