OAR 813-262-0000. Purpose and Objectives

(1) The purpose of OAR chapter 813, division 262 of the administrative rules is to implement the Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) Youth Emergency Housing Assistance (YEHA) program. (2) The purpose of YEHA is to provide housing-focused services to school-age children K-12 or their families at risk of or experiencing homelessness, to enhance family stability and school success.
