OAR 813-262-0010. Definitions and General Provisions

Except as defined below, terms used throughout this division (OAR 813-262) are defined in Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) or in the OHCS General Definitions (OAR 813-005-0005): (1) "Homeless" means an individual, family, or household that lacks a fixed, regular, or adequate nighttime residence in accordance with OHCS categorical definitions. Categorical definitions are contained in the YEHA Program Guidance. (2) "Homeless Management Information System" or "HMIS" is defined in 24 CFR 576.2.
