OAR 918-020-0460. Statewide Master Builder Program — Verification Requirements

A master builder shall: (1) Perform all plan review and required verifications that the building official has waived; and (2) Maintain copies of all documents and reports required by the local jurisdiction granting the waiver and provide those copies to the building official upon request.
