OAR 918-311-0055. Fees for Electrical Plan Reviews Performed by Building Codes Division

(1) For electrical plan reviews performed on structures meeting the installation requirements of OAR 918-311-0040 and that are in jurisdictions where the Building Codes Division administers and enforces the electrical program, the plan review fee shall be an amount equal to 25 percent of the electrical permit fee(s). (2) These fees do not apply to electrified fixed guideway railway system installations, which are addressed in 918-305-0500.
