OAR 918-400-0620. General Policies Regarding Provisional Permits

(1) Provisional permits shall be issued only when requested by or agreed to by the contractor, owner or operator and the division, as relevant. (2) When a provisional permit is issued, the division shall place documentation in the file that it considered whether any immediate hazard to health or safety existed and determined that none existed. (3) Provisional permits shall be issued to allow corrections of items that do not meet code requirements.
