RULE 8 PUBLIC HEARINGS Hearings before a Referee or the Board of Review shall be open to the public except when the Referee or Board determines that good cause requires otherwise. The Referee or Board may, when appropriate, order witnesses to be sequestered. A Referee or the Board may exclude from any hearing a person whose conduct is disruptive to the interest of justice.
