RULE 16 REMAND BY BOARD OF REVIEW (a) Any matter pending before the Board of Review may be remanded by the Board to a Referee for hearing, fact finding, decision and/or reconsideration. (b) Any matter pending before a Referee or the Board of Review may be remanded by the Board to the Director for investigation, fact finding, decision and/or reconsideration.
