S.C. Code Regs. 12-608.8. Arrest Warrants

A. Description: Warrants which authorize the arrest of individuals for various offenses committed. Information includes warrant number, name of person to be arrested, charge, date of offense, description of offense, name of affiant, date sworn, signature of issuing official. B. Retention: Until copy of the warrant is served, then forward the original to issuing official.
