S.C. Code Regs. 12-611.10. Daily Operations Forms/Reports

A. Description: Documents all daily testing done by the lab technician as required by South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Reports include daily chemical report, bacteriological sampling, distilled water standard plate count, BOD and seed criteria, chlorine, caustic, fluoride, and alum levels. B. Retention: (1) Chemical Reports: 10 years, then destroy. (2) Bacteriological Reports: 5 years, then destroy.
