S.C. Code Regs. 12-611.11. Discharge Monitoring Reports

A. Description: Documents discharge of wastewater for the municipality to insure that permitted amounts are not exceeded. Information includes permit number, discharge number, monitoring period, parameter, average, maximum units, minimum, average, frequency of analysis, sample type, name of principal executive officer, signature, telephone, date, comments and explanations of violations. B. Retention: 10 years, then destroy.
