S.C. Code Regs. 37-001. Definitions

A. For purposes of R. 37-002 - 37-030, the following definitions shall apply: 1. “Agency” means local government or public safety agency employing law enforcement officers. 2. “Director” means the Director of the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. 3. “Academy” means the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. 4. “Council” means the Law Enforcement Training Council.
