S.C. Code Regs. 37-002. Authority of Director

A. The Director is authorized to issue orders directing that public law enforcement agencies and law enforcement officers certified in this state comply with Chapter 23 of Title 23, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. B. All orders so issued shall be reviewed and ratified by the Council prior to their issuance.
