ARSD 41:07:01:12. Fishing license fees

Fishing license fees are as follows: (1) Resident fishing license, thirty-one dollars; (2) Resident senior fishing license, age sixty-five or over, seventeen dollars; (3) Nonresident fishing license, eighty dollars; (4) One-day fishing license, valid from 12:01 a.m. to 12:00 midnight, inclusive: (a) Resident, ten dollars; and (b) Nonresident, twenty-six dollars; (5) Nonresident three-consecutive-days fishing license, forty-five dollars; (6) Special paddlefish permit: (a) Resident, thirty dollars; and (b) Nonresident, fifty dollars; (7) Resident hoop and trap net license, ten dollars; and (8) Resident setline license, five dollars.
