ARSD 41:07:01:13. Snagging prohibited -- Foul-hooked fish

Intentional snagging of fish with any fishing tackle is prohibited except as otherwise specifically allowed by rule. Fish foul-hooked while fishing in a conventional manner may be retained as part of the legal limit.
