ARSD 67:42:18:34. Safety equipment and training

A kinship foster parent shall ensure the kinship child in care has the safety equipment and training necessary to safely engage in each activity the child participates in, including:
(1) Boating;
(2) Recreational vehicle use;
(3) Sports; and
(4) Hunting.
