ARSD 67:42:18:35. Emergency preparedness

An applicant or kinship foster parent shall maintain a list of emergency telephone numbers that includes poison control, police, fire department, and hospital, and post those numbers in a prominent place in the home. An applicant or kinship foster parent shall maintain first aid supplies in the kinship foster home.
