ARSD 74:36:08:119. National emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for nine metal fabrication and finishing source categories

The national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for nine fabrication and finishing source categories are those in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart XXXXXX (July 1, 2024). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart XXXXXX is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart XXXXXX. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart XXXXXX.
