ARSD 74:36:08:120. National emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for area sources -- Ferroalloys production facilities

The national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for area sources -- ferroalloys production facilities are those in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart YYYYYY (July 1, 2024). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart YYYYYY is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart YYYYYY. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart YYYYYY.
