McReynolds~~N\ Commissioner RE: Insurance Bolding Company System Model Regulation Reporting Forms and Instructions DA: February 11, 1992 As you are aware, it has been the longstanding practice of this Department to require information filed pursuant to T.C.A. 56-11-201 et seq., the Insurance Holding Company System Act of 1986, to file such information substantially in the form required by the Insurance Holding Company System Model Regulation reporting forms and instructions. This bulletin is simply to affirm the Department's position that these forms shall be followed in filing the information required pursuant to the Act. DJK/cmf
