Retention Of Records

(1) Unless otherwise specified by the Commission, all records required by these rules shall be preserved for the period of time specified in the current edition of the National Association of Railroad and Utilities Commissioners’ publication “Regulations to Govern the Preservation of Records of Electric, Gas and Water Utilities.”
