Notice Of Nonpayment Of User Fees

(1) Registrants subject to payment of user fees established under T.C.A. § 54-3-107 are required by T.C.A. § 54-3-114(a) to pay such fees upon passage through the user fee facility. The Department of Transportation or its contractor is required by T.C.A. § 54-03-114(c) and (d) to USER FEE FACILITIES CHAPTER 1320-08-08 send written notice of nonpayment to registrants who fail to submit user fees when due, including notice of applicable administrative fees. (2) The Department of Revenue is authorized and directed to provide motor vehicle registration data, including registrant name and address information, to the Department of Transportation or its contractor for use in furtherance of the objectives described in subsection (a) or other purposes related to the program established in T.C.A. §§ 54-3-101, et seq.
