An employer, as defined in § 50-1-304 , shall not require an independent contractor, or a prospective independent contractor, who is licensed pursuant to title 63, chapter 6 or 9, to disclose participation in a physician wellness program, as defined in § 63-1-173 . Added by 2024 Tenn. Acts, ch. 924,s 5, eff. 1/1/2025.
