R512-2-2. Title IV-B Child and Family Services

The Division of Child and Family Services (Child and Family Services) adopts the following federal requirements applicable to Title IV-B, Subparts 1 and 2 for child and family services: (1) The Public Health and Welfare, 42 U.S.C. 621, 622, 623, 624, 626, 627, 629, 629a, 629b, 629c, 629d, 629e, 629f, 629g, and 629m as amended by Consolidated Appropriations Act, Pub. L. No. 116-260, incorporated by reference in this rule; and (2) Public Welfare, 45 CFR 1355 (May 12, 2020) and 1357 (January 20, 2016), incorporated by reference in this rule.
