R512-2-3. Title IV-E Foster Care, Prevention, and Permanency

Child and Family Services adopts the following federal requirements applicable to Title IV-E Foster Care, Prevention, and Permanency: (1) The Public Health and Welfare, 42 U.S.C. 670, 671, 672, 673, 673b, 674, 675, 675a, 676, 677, 679, 679b, 1320a--2, 1320a-2a, and 1320a-9 as amended by Consolidated Appropriations Act, Pub. L. No. 116-260, incorporated by reference in this rule; and (2) Public Welfare, 45 CFR 1355 (May 12, 2020) and 1356 (June 2, 2016), incorporated by reference in this rule.
