R64-4-9. Reporting Requirements

(1) For three years after a project's construction is complete, a grantee shall submit reports to the department, per Subsection 73-10g-206(4), at least annually, or more often if the department requests it in writing. (2) A grantee who fails to submit the required reports may be required to return Agricultural Water Optimization Program funds or may become ineligible to receive funds in the future from the department.
