R66-53-10. Storage of Kratom Material and Kratom Products

(1) A processor may store kratom material and kratom products at their licensed facility. (2) A processor shall store kratom material and product: (a) in a secure room; and (b) separate from other manufactured products. (3) A processor shall ensure that access to the kratom is limited to processor employees. (4) Storage facilities shall be maintained in accordance with Section R66-53-6. (5) Storage facilities and records are subject to random inspection by the department.
