R66-53-11. Transportation of Kratom Material

Each movement of kratom material shall include a transport manifest that includes the following information: (1) a copy of the COA for each batch included in the shipment; (2) the location of the sending and receiving parties; (3) proof of registration or licensure for the sending and receiving parties; and (4) a bill of lading for the transported material.
